Nicole Kidman’s shocking secret to staying busy after filing for divorce from her husband of 19 years, Keith Urban, has been revealed.

While discussing the Babygirl actress’ healthy coping mechanism after separation, a relationship expert Susie Kim told nine.com.au that she believes it’s Kidman’s jam-packed schedule, highlighting her attendance at Paris Fashion Week and simultaneously thriving as Chanel's latest brand ambassador.

According to the relationship expert, Kidman’s busy itinerary over the past few weeks is actually a positive way of healing.

The Australian native and the country singer made headlines last month after the news of their separation was announced on September 30, 2025, as per Daily Mail and PEOPLE.

The 58-year-old actress soon after the news broke filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason. 

Moreover, she requested to be the primary residential parent in the custody arrangement.

The insiders in this regard reported the couple, who share two daughters, had been living apart since early summer.

"She's been stressed because she knew the separation would eventually become public and she was dreading it," a source told People, adding, “But she's surprisingly level-headed and calm."

The source in the end noted that now that it's out Nicole Kidman "just focused on what's ahead" and her daughters.
