Whitney Leavitt opens up about love, scandal, and starting over with husband Conner Leavitt
‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ star Whitney Leavitt breaks her silence on love and life after controversy

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt and her husband, Conner Leavitt, have been through many highs and lows together.
The couple first met in the early 2010s when Whitney was serving her Mormon mission in Georgia, where Conner’s family lived, “It’s just a coincidence. How cool is that?” Whitney told Vulture in May 2025. “I remember being in his home.”
They officially met again in 2015 when they agreed to be wingmen for their friends on a double date. Their friends didn’t show up, but Whitney and Conner hit it off.
After a year of dating, they married in July 2016 inside a Mormon temple in Provo, Utah. “Not your average bridal shoot,” the media personality joked on Instagram, sharing photos of them eating In-N-Out in their wedding outfits.
Their first child, daughter Sedona, was born in November 2019 and in December 2021, Whitney welcomed their son, Liam, who was later hospitalised with RSV.
During that time, Whitney went viral on TikTok for a video many viewers found tone-deaf.
In 2022, Conner admitted he struggled with a pornography addiction, prompting the couple to leave Utah for Hawaii to rebuild their marriage. “I love that man,” Whitney shared on The Squeeze podcast. “When you go through something that tough and you come out the other end, your relationship is stronger than ever.”
That same year, fans speculated about Conner’s sexuality after rumours surfaced about a secret Tinder account.
Whitney shut down the gossip on the Off the Vine podcast, saying, “Do I need to put out a sex tape or something? Trust me, we’re good.”
Now parents of three, the couple welcomed their third child, Billy Gene, in October 2024. “We’ve always wanted three kids and we’re so happy everyone’s here now,” Whitney Leavitt told People.
