Post Malone has been slapped with an expensive lawsuit filed by a Limo driver over the singer’s music video from 2020.

According to Daily Mail, driver named Larry Deuel, filed a lawsuit against the country singer, his song collaborator Tyla Yaweh, Sony Music Entertainment and others, alleging that he was had not received any compensation for his appearance in the video.

The document, obtained by the publication, stated, "Absent Mr Deuel's presence in Tommy Lee, the theme of wealth, power, fame, privilege, and success would have been visually underwhelming, supported only by two unkempt musicians smoking blunts and riding ATVs in a dirt field."

Elsewhere in the lawsuit, it was also noted Deuel "did not give his consent and was never compensated for the use of his name, image and/or likeness.

Moreover, Deuel, who was also a high school teacher, claimed that there was a verbal agreement, and the 30-year-old singer failed to fulfill it and also requested a trial by the jury.

The Daily Mail has contacted Sony Music Entertainment, the Circles crooner, and his collaborator for comment but did not immediately hear back.

The limo driver is suing Post Malone for $2.5 million in principal damages for unpaid work and unauthorised image use, and $7.5 million in punitive damages for allegedly fraudulent behaviour.
