‘Plastic surgery is having such a moment right now’: Keri Russell slams latest trend

Keri Russell recently lambasted the plastic surgery trends among Hollywood celebrities.

In an interview with PEOPLE, the 49-year-old actress while sharing her two cents on the plastic surgery trends in Hollywood said, "It’s something my girlfriends and I talk about all the time. Plastic surgery is having such a moment right now — men, women, 20-year-olds. I mean, it is around."

"We’re inundated with these movie stars, said the Diplomat star, adding, “Even though they might be 50 or 60 years old, they look amazing.”

Russell, who plays the role of Kate Wyler, an American ambassador to the UK in the UK series, also admitted that while she likes her on-screen look, she feels it's "strange" to look natural given the pressure for physical perfection.

The Felicity star went on to rant, sharing, "It’s such a weird thing being a woman.

"Everyone has an opinion about the way you look, the way you dress, the way your hair is.”

For the unversed, Keri Russell will soon be seen in The Magic of Ordinary Days 2 movie.
