Joe Jonas reveals why dating has been difficult since chaotic split from Sophie Turner

Joe Jonas recently shared rare insights into his romantic life following his high-profile divorce from former wife Sophie Turner.

The 36-year-old singer-songwriter and actor opened up about the difficulties he has faced in dating since going his separate ways from Turner.

During a candid conversation with Esquire magazine, Jonas revealed that he dated once, but it ultimately did not work out for him during the ongoing Jonas Brothers’ tour, Jonas20: Greetings From Your Hometown Tour.

"Five shows in a row doesn’t make it easy to meet someone for coffee," the What This Could Be crooner told the publication on Monday, October 20.

Jonas also cleared the air that he has not been using any "dating applications" but has been actively using "Instagram and TikTok" to meet new people.

This update from Jonas comes two years after he and Turner announced their breakup in September 2023, citing irreconcilable differences at the time.

It is worth noting that Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, who share two daughters, were married for four years before their divorce was finalised in September 2024.
