Kevin Federline breaks silence on Britney Spears split: 'Heartbreaking truth'

Kevin Federline opened up about a painful chapter in his past, revealing the shocking moment that led to the end of his marriage with pop icon Britney Spears.

In his memoir, You Thought You Knew, the former dancer recalls a late-night call from Britney, Paris Hilton, and Lindsay Lohan that became the "final straw".

Federline claimed he was in Miami for work when he received the call around 3am-4am., describing the trio as "drunk as hell" and pleading for him to come over, while he could hear his sons, Preston and Jayden, crying in the background.

"I’d already seen the photos of her partying all night, but hearing my kids crying while she was doing God-knows-what? That was it," Kevin wrote. "Any [any] hope I had of us fixing things died right then."

The couple, who married in 2004 and divorced two years later, share two sons. Federline also alleged that Britney drank alcohol while pregnant, among other claims.

Britney’s representatives have dismissed the book’s revelations, accusing Kevin of exploiting her and emphasizing that her only concern remains her children’s well-being.
