King Charles faces pressure from the family of Virginia Giuffre, Prince Andrew’s accuser, as her explosive long-awaited memoir Nobody’s Girl is finally released.

Prior to the book’s release, in which she has painfully recalled three sexual encounters with the 65-year-old former Duke of York, Andrew had announced that he is giving up his royal titles.

In his appearance on This Morning, Virginia’s brother said, “I truly believe if prince wasn’t in front of his name he would be behind bars.”

“I don’t think he should bear the prince’s name before Andrew I think the King has the ability to take that away but it’s just not enough – I do believe there are two sets of laws,” he continued.

Further adding, “We would call for them to open the investigation, there are flight logs, they can follow the money.”

For the unversed, the withdrawal of Andrew’s titles was outlined in a statement released by Buckingham Palace on Friday, October 17, amid the controversy surrounding his association with the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

“In discussion with The King, and my immediate and wider family, we have concluded the continued accusations about me distract from the work of His Majesty and the Royal Family,” the statement read.

Andrew added, “With His Majesty's agreement, we feel I must now go a step further. I will therefore no longer use my title or the honours which have been conferred upon me. As I have said previously, I vigorously deny the accusations against me.”

What allegations did Virginia Giuffre make?

Virginia claimed that Andrew sexually abused her on three separate occasions in 2001, when she was 17 years old.

She stated that she was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, who allegedly forced her to have sexual encounters with powerful men, including the Prince.

It is worth noting that Prince Andrew has consistently denied all allegations, and the case was ultimately settled out of court in 2022.
