Is Bill Gates secretly starting his acting career?
Microsoft co-founder is set to make a special appearance in upcoming TV serial

Get ready to see Bill Gates on your television screens! The Microsoft co-founder and global philanthropist is set to make a special appearance in the upcoming Star Plus drama Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, starring actress-turned-politician Smriti Irani.
According to ETimes, Gates will appear via video call in a storyline centered around maternal and newborn health, a cause he has long championed through the "Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation."
The cameo is said to be part of a three-episode arc, although the show’s producers have yet to confirm his involvement officially.
If true, the appearance would mark a rare crossover between the world of technology and Indian television entertainment.
It also highlights how popular TV dramas in India are increasingly weaving in real-world social awareness messages, using major figures like Gates to amplify their impact.
With an estimated net worth of $105.9 billion, Gates continues to focus on global health, education, and poverty eradication.
Interestingly, Gates wouldn’t be the first billionaire to step into the entertainment world.
For those unaware, Elon Musk, the world’s richest man’s famously appeared in Iron Man 2 (2010), further blurring the line between Silicon Valley and Hollywood.
