Taylor Swift’s feud rumours intensify after close pals spotted with nemesis Charli XCX

Taylor Swift’s best friends appear to be choosing sides in her ongoing rift with fellow pop sensation Charli XCX.

The 35-year-old musician’s longtime pals, Ed Sheeran and Cara Delevingne, were spotted accompanying her alleged nemesis at Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles, held on Saturday, October 18.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, October 22, the 33-year-old supermodel posted a carousel of photos from the star-studded event with her 40 million followers.

In a snap, the Shape of You hitmaker and Cara posed alongside Charli and her other close friend Rachel Sennott.

For those unversed, both Ed and the Vogue model have been part of Swift’s inner circle for over a decade.

The duo has also collaborated with the Opalite hitmaker professionally.

It is worth noting that Taylor and Ed have released four songs together over the past 13 years, while Cara famously appeared in the 14-time Grammy winner’s iconic Bad Blood music video.

This unexpected appearance of Taylor’s friends alongside Charli comes amid rumours that the latest track, Actually Romantic, from Taylor’s 12th studio album The Life of a Showgirl, is a diss track aimed at the Charli, a striking response to her song Sympathy Is a Knife.

Despite the growing speculations, neither Taylor Swift nor Charli XCX has directly responded to the rumours.
