Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie never met Jeffrey Epstein: Royal sources insist

Jeffrey Epstein, the late convict and influential businessman, wrote in an e-mail years ago that Sarah Ferguson celebrated his 2009 prison release with Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. However, sources close to the trio have firmly denied the claim.

In the leaked e-mail from 2011, Epstein wrote to his attorney, Paul Tweed, and alleged that the former Duchess of York “was the first to celebrate my release with her two daughters in tow.”

The correspondence occurred after Sarah had stated in an interview with the London Evening Standard that she had halted any communication with the controversial businessman following his arrest and claimed that she would have “nothing ever to do with Jeffrey Epstein ever again”.

Despite her own leaked e-mail, in which she called Epstein a “supreme friend”, royal insiders have denied that the Princesses of York ever came in contact with the late offender.

The Telegraph reported, “A source close to Ms Ferguson insisted that neither she nor her daughters – who would have been 20 and 19 at the time – had any recollection of such a visit.”

Meanwhile, both Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie remain withdrawn from the public eye amid their parents’ scandals, though neither have been sanctioned by the Firm in relation to the alleged crimes.
