Queen Camilla shuts door on Meghan Markle’s return to royal fold

Queen Camilla is reportedly standing firm against any possibility of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle rejoining the royal family, deeming the Duchess of Sussex “dangerous” for King Charles’ peace of mind.

According to Radar Online, a palace insider revealed that the Queen Consort “has not forgiven Harry for what he wrote in his bombshell memoir Spare” and believes Meghan “fueled his hatred towards her.”

The insider added, “Camilla thinks it's utterly absurd to let Harry or Meghan back into the fold. She was firmly opposed to Harry's last visit, but Charles went ahead anyway.”

Referring to Meghan, the source continued, “The idea of her returning, even for a short time, is something Camilla finds completely unacceptable.”

A close friend of the Queen Consort further explained, “Camilla never forgets a slight. Being branded a wicked stepmother still stings, and Harry's never once said sorry. In her eyes, Meghan fueled and magnified his anger toward the family.”

Before concluding, the insider revealed, “Camilla's willing to keep things polite on the surface, but that's where it ends. In private, she calls Meghan manipulative and a danger to the King's peace of mind.”
