Bill Gates is now on your TV screens — yes, you heard it right. The Microsoft co-founder, with an estimated net worth of $105.9 billion, has made a special appearance in the iconic Indian soap Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, and fans can’t believe their eyes.

What started as wild internet gossip has turned out to be 100% real, confirmed by a brand-new teaser dropped by Star Plus.

The Teaser broke the internet

The makers released the promo on its official YouTube and Instagram pages, showing the billionaire philanthropist appearing on a video call with actress-turned-politician Smriti Irani’s legendary character, Tulsi Virani.

The clip starts with Gates smiling and greeting Tulsi. She says warmly, “Bahut acha laga yeh jaanke ki aap seedh America se mere parivaar se jud rahe hai. Hum sab besabri se intezaar kar rahe hai.” To which Gates replies simply, “Thank you, Tulsi ji.”

Within few hours, the promo went viral, getting hundreds of thousands of views and turning social media into a meme battlefield.

One Instagram user joked, “Now this is the crossover we never asked for but definitely needed.”

While this marks his first Indian TV appearance, it’s not Gates’ first time on screen. He once guest-starred on The Big Bang Theory. Still, this cameo is easily his most surprising.
