Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau have officially taken their romance public, and what better place to do it than the City of Love?

The pop superstar and former Canadian Prime Minister were spotted hand-in-hand in Paris on Saturday night as they celebrated Katy’s 45th birthday.

The couple enjoyed a glamorous and romantic evening at the iconic Crazy Horse Paris cabaret, where paparazzi eagerly awaited their exit.

According to TMZ, the pair showed up all smiling as a fan handed Katy a rose and wished her a happy birthday after the show.

“They looked absolutely stunning together and appeared to be happier than clams,” an eyewitness told the outlet.

The Paris outing marks their first public appearance as a couple. Earlier this month, the duo made headlines when TMZ published photos of them sharing a passionate kiss aboard Katy’s yacht off the California coast.

While romance rumours first surfaced in July after a cozy dinner date in Montreal, followed by Justin’s appearance at one of Katy’s Lifetimes tour concerts.
