Anne Hathaway surprised her fans with a surprising appearance at Sabrina Carpenter’s New York concert on Sunday.

The Devil Wears Prada starlet joined Carpenter’s viral concert, where celebrity guests are humorously “arrested” on stage.

Hathaway, who is best known for her character Mia Thermopolis from the beloved Disney franchise, got arrested in true Princess Diaries form.

The 42-year-old actress, wearing a chic black strapless top and belted jeans, played along perfectly when Carpenter asked where she was from, replying, ‘Genovia,’ referencing her royal fictional kingdom from The Princess Diaries.
