Prince Harry recently sat down with Hassan Minhaj for a candid chat.

The Duke of Sussex made an appearance on the Hasan Minhaj Doesn't Know podcast on October 29, where he showed off his playful side while trying his hand at an American accent and shared a laugh with the 40-year-old comedian and actor.

During the interview, the It Ends with Us actor decided to test the Duke, who left the Royal Family back in 2020 and moved to California, by making him attempt to talk in an American accent.

He went on to ask Harry to repeat a sentence with an American accent from any part of the country, "This is the most American sentence I could think of. I ordered breadsticks with ranch dressing at Applebee’s."

The Prince then leaned in with a grin, stressing the 'A' in ranch and Applebee’s.

Hasan then gave Harry another chance, repeating the initial sentence.

"That was decent," the host declared.

"They enjoyed that," The Duke remarked, referring to the crew behind the cameras.

Hasan then gave another sentence for the Prince to practice his accent, "Hey, do you like my Cybertruck?"

After completing the challenge, Harry let out a nervous laugh, while Hasan called out the crew for laughing at the Prince’s attempt.

"You can’t laugh like that. We’re having a real thing," he stated.

However Harry was quick to jump to their defense, saying, "The laughter is encouraging. Is it encouraging, or is it mocking me? I’m not sure,” the Prince said, before shouting, "Come on, y’all!"

Harry’s recent appearance comes during a tough time for the British Royals as tensions remain high after Prince Andrew renounced his Royal titles and honours over allegations of ties with Jeffrey Epstein.

Amid the ongoing controversy, Prince Andrew faced several blows including getting his finances investigated.

Residents of Maidenhead street, which was named after Prince Andrew have also started pushing to change their address amid the Royal’s tarnished reputation.
