Why Princess of York are ‘more disappointed’ with Sarah Ferguson than Andrew
Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are reportedly on ‘collapsed’ ground with their mother
Beatrice and Eugenie, Princesses of York, have always been known to be extremely close to their mother, Sarah Ferguson. Now, that reality has changed.
Rebecca English, royal editor for the Daily Mail, recently quoted a friend of the York family and revealed that the once-close knit relationship may now be on borrowed time.
“I would actually go so far as to say that they are even more disappointed in their mother than their father now,” the friendly insider claimed.
Further describing the dynamic between the princesses and their mother as a “tripod”, the source added, “The tripod has collapsed. Obviously they will continue to support their parents, but they feel so let down.”
As for how the only members of the York household to retain their titles feel about their father, the former Duke of York? “They are genuinely fearful for their father and have grave concerns about what he will do for the rest of his life.”
While the source still insisted, “They also love their mother dearly, of course they do. She’s a wonderful grandmother, too, and they are deeply concerned about how this is all affecting her mentally as much as their father. But I think it’s fair to say the scales have also somewhat fallen from their eyes.”
It is important to note that neither Princess Beatrice nor Princess Eugenie have publicly commented on or been seen since their parents’ title removal and were actually overseas when Andrew was stripped of his princely status on October 30 — Beatrice in Riyadh and Eugenie in Paris.
