‘Wicked: For Good’ is set to be released in theatres on November 21
Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo are getting ready to say goodbye to their beloved Wicked characters, showing off their matching tattoos in tribute.
Taking to her Instagram account on Saturday, November 1, the 32-year-old singer posted a brief carousel of two images with a countdown, leaving the fans in anticipation.
In the first snap, Ariana and Cynthia can be seen seemingly filming a musical scene while wearing their iconic pink and black outfits.
The second photo is a black-and-white shot of their palms, featuring matching "For Good" tattoos that they got inked before the release of Wicked (2024).
"happy wicked month @wickedmovie ♡ 20 days,” the 7 Rings hitmaker penned in the heartfelt caption.
Meanwhile, in an interview with The New York Times, ahead of the release of their first film last year, Cynthia shared that she and Ariana “got many tattoos” together, symbolising the deep friendship they’ve built over the course of their collaboration.
Wicked: For Good, starring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, is slated for release in theatres on November 21.
