Millie Bobby Brown sparks shock with claims against 'Stranger Things' co-star David Harbour
David Harbour faces Netflix inquiry after Millie Bobby Brown’s formal complaint emerges
Millie Bobby Brown has reportedly accused her Stranger Things co star David Harbour of “bullying and harassment” during the filming of the hit Netflix series.
According to radaronline.com, the actress filed a formal complaint, prompting Netflix to launch an internal inquiry into the matter.
The allegations surfaced ahead of the release of the show’s highly anticipated fifth and final season, which catapulted both Brown and Harbour to international fame.
A source told the entertainment website that Brown made the accusations before production began.
“There were pages and pages of accusations. The investigation went on for months,” the source said.
Netflix has declined to comment on the investigation publicly but insiders claim that the streaming giant is eager to maintain focus on the series’ grand finale.
“It will be a theatrical event. Nothing is going to overshadow this, not even the leading man's private life,” the source added.
The final season of Stranger Things will be released in three parts with the first half set to drop later this month and a second release planned over Christmas.
The concluding episode will release in cinemas and on Netflix at the same time, December 31.
Meanwhile, David Harbour has further faced allegations of infidelity following his split from wife Lily Allen last year.
Allen’s new album, West End Girl, was released last month and is said to explore the breakdown of their marriage.
