Holly Willoughby is reportedly returning to TV and this time, she’s heading to the BBC.

As reported by The Mirror, the former This Morning host is expected to take over as co-presenter of Strictly Come Dancing, replacing either Claudia Winkleman or Tess Daly, a source told the outlet.

Both presenters have been part of the show for more than 20 years.

Peter Fincham, who was director of the BBC for two years until 2007, understands that Holly will likely step into the role, marking her first big TV comeback since leaving This Morning two years ago.

Willoughby quit the ITV show in 2023 after being targeted in a disturbing murder plot. The man behind it, Gavin Plumb, was sentenced to life in prison earlier this year.
