'Nobody Wants This' season 3 renewal sparks unexpected fan reaction

Looks like Joanne and Noah’s chaotic love story, featuring the beloved hot Rabbi, isn’t ending anytime soon.

It hasn’t even been a full month since season 2 aired on Netflix, and the hit series Nobody Wants This has already been renewed for a third installment.

On November 4, Kristen Bell (Joanne) took to her Instagram and shared a reel of her facetiming her co-stars Adam Brody (Noah), Justine Lupe (Morgan), Jackie Thon (Esther) and Timothy Simons (Sasha) to reveal the exciting big news of the show being renewed.

After the cast celebrated, the 45-year-old actress then called the creator of the show to deliver her with the same news but the exchange took a rather unexpected but hilarious turn.

"Yeah no, I knew that. I think I told you that," she told the Good Place actress during their video call. "You're not, like, calling the cast and telling them, are you? Because I feel like I should maybe be doing that."

Kristen just smirked and answered, “No.”

Fans quickly expressed their excitement in the comment section, saying, "This is what we need to hear! We will take seasons 4-10 while you're at it."

"I'm screaming yes yes!"

However, it seems like some fans weren’t happy with the news, taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their thoughts.

"But literally nobody wants this," a user penned.

"What else is there to talk about? We did two seasons of “will she convert”… I bet she still won’t convert until the end of next season," another wrote.

"They better escalate the story of the leads because there was absolutely no development in theirs except that they showed Noah's weaknesses," a third stated.
