Millie Bobby Brown reveals heartwarming exchange with Sabrina Carpenter

Millie Bobby Brown recently reminisced about a sweet moment with Sabrina Carpenter.

In a conversation with British Vogue for its December 2025 issue, the 22-year-old actress discussed a variety of topics, including her new motherhood journey, Stranger Things’ plot and cast, her family, and more.

At one point of the detailed interview, Millie revealed how Sabrina comforted her backstage when she was upset over online backlash.

The Enola Holmes actress shared that during the 2025 Brit Awards, she was in her dressing room crying because of the mean comments she had received after The Electric State press tour.

Seeing Millie get emotional, the Espresso hitmaker couldn’t resist consoling her.

“I was depressed for three, four days. I was crying every day. I was crying while I was getting my hair and make-up done. I was even welling up when I saw her [Carpenter] backstage,” the Damsel actress stated.

Revealing Sabrina’s way of cheering her up, Millie said, “Truly, always, her mentality is very much like ‘F**k ’em’, which I knew inside of me, but when you hear someone else say it, you’re like, ‘Yes! That’s it!’”

“I understand that there’s paparazzi, even though it’s invasive, even though it feels like shit to me — I know that’s your job. … But don’t, in your headline, slam me at the get-go. It is so wrong and it is bullying, especially to young girls who are new to this industry and are already questioning everything about it,” the Godzilla vs. Kong actress remarked.

It is worth noting that Millie Bobby Brown's Stranger Things season 5 is set to premier its Volume 1 on November 26, followed by Volume 2 on December 25, and the finale on December 31.
