Nikki Glaser subtly shouts out Taylor Swift on ‘Saturday Night Live’

Nikki Glaser’s concluding acknowledgements during the latest episode of Saturday Night Live included a clever nod to Taylor Swift.

Joined by the night’s musical host, Sombr, and the rest of the SNL crew, the 41-year-old comedian and actress was spotted in a white t-shirt which featured Swift’s picture from her latest album’s photoshoot.

The Mirror US reported that the SNL host’s merch from The Life of a Showgirl included her personal touch as she added “sparkling accents to the lining” of her top.

It was further noted that “Nikki has been amongst the loudest celebrities to throw their support behind the singer and her new album”, previously sharing a TikTok video based on the pop star’s trend on the platform, The Fate of Ophelia dance.

Nikki Glaser previously issued a public apology to Taylor Swift in 2020, when she was featured in the singer-songwriter’s documentary Miss Americana, for making some mean comments about her weight. Following the apologetic statement, shared via Instagram, Swift was quick to forgive Glaser, writing in the comments that “one of the major themes about the doc is that we have the ability to change our opinions over time, to grow, to learn about ourselves.”
