Inside the Ice Spice and Sauce Gardner rumored romance

Rumors surrounding rapper Ice Spice and NFL star Sauce Gardner have been swirling since early 2025, and after months of speculation, fans finally got some clarity.

The Phatt Butt singer and the Indianapolis Colts cornerback were first linked in February 2025, after a viral TikTok video captured the pair standing side-by-side on an escalator.

In the months that followed, Ice and Gardner were seen together at high-profile events from Druski’s Coulda Been Love premiere to the Vanity Fair Oscars Party, and even courtside at a Celtics vs. Knicks game in New York.

Ice was also spotted at one of Gardner’s games during his final season with the New York Jets, adding even more fire to the dating buzz.

Both stars dropped subtle hints online, posting and later deleting photos of one another on Instagram.

When asked about their relationship, Gardner dodged the question cleverly, “We cool,” he told TMZ in June 2025. 

“We just be having a good time, you know, like two young individuals.”

Months later, Ice confirmed during an appearance on Keke Palmer’s podcast that they had indeed dated but said they remained friends.

While neither has confirmed whether their romance is rekindled, fans continue to keep a close eye on the pair.
