Ex-Prince Andrew insisting to retain staff before leaving Windsor: report

Andrew is reportedly refusing to move out of his Windsor home unless his demands are met.

According to the Daily Mail, the former royal has been told by King Charles to leave his longtime residence, Royal Lodge, after losing his royal titles.

Sources claim Andrew is asking for an “appropriate home and a team of staff” that match his royal status.

His requests reportedly include a private cook, housekeeper, secretary-butler, and gardeners, as well as freedom to move around his new property instead of being restricted to certain areas.

The outlet also reported that Andrew has been banned from riding on Windsor Castle grounds to keep him out of public sight.

Although he has agreed to go quietly off his residence, Andrew allegedly wants written guarantees that his housing and funding will continue even after Prince William becomes king.
