Zayn Malik sparks One Direction reunion speculation following Liam Payne’s death
The ‘PILLOWTALK’ crooner makes unexpected move that has fans talking
Zayn Malik is set to make a major move in his long-standing musical career.
The 32-year-old English singer is reportedly reuniting with One Direction after leaving the band, as he has grown closer to his former bandmates following the tragic and sudden demise of Liam Payne last year, on October 16, 2024.
For those unversed, Payne died at the age of 31 after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
According to a source that spoke to The Sun, Malik has reconnected with the renowned group last year after the Teardrops crooner’s death.
In a shocking new development, he is once again listed as a business director on their company, PPM Music Limited, alongside by Harry Styles, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson.
“While heartbreaking, Liam's passing has brought them together, it's even more sad he was the biggest cheerleader of a reunion,” an insider reveled to the outlet.
The tipster added, “PPM was the original company they set up when they won the show. The name stands for Princess Park Manor, the private gated complex they were moved into when they won the show.”
The confidant further shared, “Since Liam's passing the boys have been in contact.”
Moreover, Alan McEvoy of Live Wire Business Management, who has previously worked with One Direction, Olly Murs, and JLS, is also listed as part of the company.
It is worth noting that Zayn Malik left One Direction in 2015 amid strained ties with his bandmates.
