Meghan Markle is reportedly trying her best to reconcile with the royal family following the poppy drama.

The Duchess of Sussex attended two high-profile events over the weekend, including Baby2Baby Gala and Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday bash, which also happened to coincide with the 2025 Remembrance Day.

To mark the occasion, Prince Harry was photographed wearing a poppy on his outfits, while his wife chose not to, sparking widespread criticism.

Now, Meghan is trying to make an attempt to win King Charles’ heart following the backlash.

According to an insider who spoke to Page Six, the As Ever owner’s representatives asked Kris and her daughter, Kim Kardashian, to remove the photos that showed the royal couple at the star-studded birthday party.

“They don’t want to piss off the royal family while they are trying to reconcile. They need the [royal] family,” the tipster said, adding, “Meghan is aware of that.”

For those unversed, Kris and Kim turned to their respective Instagram accounts shortly after the glamorous birthday celebration to share photos from the star-studded event, including images with Meghan and Harry.

The now-deleted snaps captured immediate attention, with netizens slamming Meghan for not following the tradition.

The update comes after Meghan Markle promoted her upcoming Netflix release, Masaka Kids, A Rhythm Within, on November 12, premiering on December 9.
