Jonas Brothers help turn a viral resume moment into a surprising reunion with Scott Kelly.

During the Jonas Brothers’ show on Sunday, November 9 at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York, a surprising moment was caught on camera.

A recruitment consultant was seen reviewing what looked like a job candidate’s resume while Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas performed on stage.

TikTok user Jen filmed the moment and posted it with the caption, “Scott Kelly, your resume was being reviewed at a Jonas Brothers concert tonight. Good luck.”

The clip quickly went viral, earning more than 7.8 million views. The Jonas Brothers joined in on the fun, adding playful comments.

Joe wrote, “Bro, Scott Kelly was there for me plenty of times. Hired.”

Kevin added, “I’m one of Scott Kelly’s references,” and Nick joked, “Scott Kelly’s work ethic and critical thinking inspired me to write the line ‘red dress.’”

That viral moment soon turned into a real-life encounter on late-night TV. On Thursday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the brothers were guests when Kelly was asked about his job.

Kelly replied, saying, “it’s been an interesting week.” A veteran, he didn’t have TikTok until friends and emails alerted him to his sudden fame.

“I never actually applied from a job,” he explained, noting that the business reviewing his resume focuses on hiring veterans, whose transition can be “very challenging.”

At the end of the segment, Kelly shared a surprise confession. “I had never heard of you before this,” he told the Jonas brothers. 

Scott Kelly added, “It’s true. My wife had to tell me. I didn’t have Disney Channel growing up. I didn’t know.” After the whirlwind week, he said he’s now “a huge fanboy.”
