Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner face new legal challenge as Ray J allegations surface

Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner have once again landed in hot waters as Ray J submitted a new, explosive countersuit.

The 44-year-old American singer and songwriter, whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr., filed a response and cross-complaint against the 45-year-old and 70-year-old reality TV stars in connection over his and Kim’s sex tape.

On November 13, Ray sued Kim and Kris for breach of contract, accusing them of violating the terms of a $6 million settlement agreement which they reached in 2023 regarding the controversial video.

The Wait a Minute crooner stated that the mother-and-daughter duo falsely accused him “to feed their insatiable appetite for attention, garner support for their various media and marketing enterprises, and exact retribution."

"They are furious that Norwood no longer wants to play along with their tall tale," the legal filing claims.

He further revealed that the sex tape, which was recorded in 2003, was filmed consensually and that he and Kim began discussing releasing it publicly in 2006.

The singer expressed his concern that Kris might be behind the release of the controversial footage, given that she oversaw the original video’s release when her daughter insisted.

It is worth noting that neither Kim Kardashian nor Kris Jenner has responded to the bombshell allegations from Ray J.
