Kate Middleton urges reflection and growth in new ‘Mother Nature’ series video
Princess of Wales shares new video celebrating nature and reflection
Kate Middleton has recently shared a thought-provoking message for her beloved Mother Nature series as she prepares for winter break.
On Saturday, November 16, just a day after marking King Charles III’s 77th birthday, the Princess of Wales offered new guidance on her well-known Mother Nature series on Instagram.
"MOTHER NATURE: AUTUMN, Autumn - a season of reflection, growth and deeper connection. Embrace the beauty found in change, as we prepare for winter’s rest. C," Kate captioned the post.
In the touching video, the future queen narrated the scene, celebrating the arrival of autumn with its shortening days and lengthening shadows.
She also pointed out the natural energy which turns summers into autumns, calling it a season for reflection and “refinement.”
Catherine further offered words of encouragement, urging people to pay attention and listen to Mother Nature.
For the unversed, the mother-of-three has been battling an undisclosed form of cancer since March last year.
She revealed her illness in an emotional video following abdominal surgery in January 2024.
It is worth noting that Kate Middleton completed her chemotherapy in September last year and publicly confirmed her remission in January 2025.
