Princess Beatrice bares her feelings in ‘incredibly close’ campaign amid public return
Princess Beatrice is making her return to public eye amid her parents’ scandalous removal
Princess Beatrice is dishing “incredibly close and personal” feelings in a new campaign for Borne, a charity dedicated to research for preventing premature labour, amid her return to public life following the many controversies surrounding her parents, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson.
The Princess of York, who has retained her royal title after her parents were stripped of theirs, prematurely gave birth to her daughter in January.
She cited the early delivery of Athena Elizabeth Rose, her second daughter, while sharing, “The work that Borne is undertaking is something that is incredibly close and personal to me following the birth of my daughter.”
“Every year in the UK, 60,000 babies are delivered too soon, with little information or research as to why this is. That is why I am really looking forward to supporting Borne and its programme of groundbreaking research, which I hope will help thousands of parents and children in the future,” she further added as the headliner for the campaign against premature birth, ahead of the World Prematurity Day on November 17.
Princess Beatrice’s latest engagement comes amid the ongoing fallout from her father, Andrew’s involvement with Jeffrey Epstein. Recently, an e-mail leak confirmed that the two were longtime associates and further implicated the former Duke of York in the scandal which has resulted in his withdrawal from the royal family.
