Hailey Bieber’s name quietly removed from Erewhon’s famous smoothie
Hailey Bieber’s smoothie legacy continues after Erewhon drops her name
Hailey Bieber’s name has been removed from her Erewhon’s wildly popular Strawberry Glaze Smoothie.
According to the L.A Times, the chain “quietly removed” Bieber’s name from the collagen-packed, skin-boosting drink in late October.
Once known as the Hailey Bieber Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie, it now appears on Erewhon’s website simply as the Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie.
PEOPLE also confirmed that her name was removed from in-store signage, including at a Pasadena location on November 14.
The update appears to be purely contractual. An Erewhon employee told TMZ that the agreement between the model and the upscale grocer had “run its course.”
Hailey has not commented publicly on the change and PEOPLE has reached out to Erewhon for further clarification.
First introduced in 2022, the smoothie launched alongside Rhode, Bieber’s skincare brand and quickly developed a devoted fanbase.
Its appeal stemmed both from Bieber’s influence and from its blend of skin-friendly ingredients such as collagen peptides and sea moss gel.
The recipe also includes strawberries, coconut cream, almond milk, bananas, date, avocado and maple syrup.
In 2024, the mother-of-one collaborated with coconut Bliss to release a vegan ice cream that tastes “just like” the smoothie.
Hailey Bieber’s Erewhon creation also kicked off a wave of celebrity smoothie, later joined by Bella Hadid, Gisele Bündchen, Heidi Klum and influencer Nara Smith.
