Blake Lively scores big win in sexual harassment lawsuit against Justin Baldoni
Blake Lively’s ongoing legal fight against Justin Baldoni takes shocking turn
Blake Lively recently scored a major victory in her ongoing lawsuit against Justin Baldoni after a federal judge ordered It Ends with Us producer, Jamey Heath to turn over all videos of his wife Natasha's home-birth.
It is to be noted here that on November 3, Lively mentioned it to the judge that the film's producer allegedly failed to produce footage of his wife giving birth, which Lively claims he showed her on the set "without warning or consent".
Now, as reported by Daily Mail, in a six-page memorandum and order, Southern District of New York, Judge Lewis J. Liman warned that the movie producer must produce the birth video within three days.
The judge also ruled, “Because the Court's order encompassed more than the video Heath claims he showed Lively, the additional footage should have been produced."
The ruling concluded with a firm deadline, with Judge Liman acknowledging that the videos are "extremely sensitive and deeply personal" and fall under strict confidentiality protections.
According to the judge, the footage will not become public and is protected by an existing protective order.
The decision comes after Blake Lively moved to sanction the produder for failing to hand over the footage, which she said she initially believed was pornography, is central to her lawsuit.
Jamey Heath denied showing Lively birth footage and insisted that he only showed a post-birth video of himself, his wife and their newborn baby.
