Prince Harry to make another trip to Canada despite Buckingham Palace misunderstanding
Prince Harry’s Canada trip coincided with brother William's Earthshot Prize week
Prince Harry is now set for another trip to Canada, only weeks after his last visit overlapped with his elder brother Prince William’s trip to Brazil for the Earthshot Prize.
The 41-year-old Duke of Sussex will take center stage as the keynote speaker at the OREA Power House conference in Toronto on December 1.
Announcing on Instagram, the Buzz Conference penned, "THE OREA POWER HOUSE CONFERENCE is taking place on December 1, 2025 at the Hilton Toronto and we are honoured to share some exciting news on behalf of OREA, Ontario Real Estate Association, Canada’s largest Provincial Association."
Continuing, "The Headliner Keynote Speaker is Prince Harry, humanitarian, mental health advocate, environmentalist, and military combat veteran."
"His work is dedicated to creating positive and lasting change for communities and the planet, particularly in advancing conversations around resilience and healing. Now, he won’t be speaking about Real Estate. Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, will bring a powerful message of service and leadership to the Power House stage."
Harry’s upcoming visit comes shortly after his trip to Toronto, where he attended events marking Remembrance Day. But this caused some tension with Buckingham Palace as Palace aides were reportedly caught off guard by King Charles’s youngest son’s trip to Canada, even though Harry’s team claims they had notified them, as per People.
The Duke’s team announced the Canada trip on November 3, just as Prince William arrived in Rio for Earthshot Prize week, saying royal communications staff had been briefed ahead of time.
But the Palace aides narrate a different story, claiming they were blindsided by the news.
