Post Malone's custody battle with ex-fiancée takes unexpected turn

Post Malone's custody battle with ex-fiancée, Hee Sung "Jamie" Park, has taken an unexpected turn after the duo finally decided to settle the legal battle.

For the unversed, the duo had been involved in a legal battle of custody of their 3-year-old daughter, DDP, since April 2025.

Now, according to PEOPLE, the court documents, filed in Utah on November 13, showcase the settlement between the two parties for their daughter's well-being.

The agreement covered custody, visitation rights and child support for the couple's daughter, however, all the details have been sealed.

The custody dispute began seven months ago when the Better Now hitmaker’s fiancée filed for primary physical custody in California, in which she sought joint legal custody and visitation rights for the singer.

In his response, the 30-year-old singer, filed a petition in Utah, where the couple had been sharing custody, arguing that Park's move to California was an attempt to secure higher child support.

It is to be noted here that Post Malone and Hee Sung "Jamie" Park welcomed a daughter in May 2022. The now ex-couple were engaged but broke up in late 2024.
