Meghan Markle shares major insights in new fashion-forward cover story

Meghan Markle took everyone by surprise when she unveiled her latest cover for The Art Issue of Harper’s Bazaar US.

The Duchess of Sussex graced the fashion publication’s cover page in a sleek black suit, sans blouse, as she thanked Bazaar’s creative team led by their editor-in-chief, Samira Nasr.

“Thank you @harpersbazaarus @samiranasr and this extraordinary team for a special and unforgettable experience,” the As Ever founder wrote on her official Instagram.

Meghan’s post featured the behind-the-scenes footage from her latest cover shoot. She could be seen posing in multiple minimalist ensembles.

While in her interview for the issue, the Duchess shares several revealing anecdotes from her personal life, including her approach to fashion.

“Comfort is a big thing for me right now. Comfort and ease. That feels powerful,” the With Love, Meghan host noted.

During one part of the conversation, she reflected on learning and growing from past experiences — “If it all goes swimmingly, you don’t learn from it. If you don’t learn anything, you’re not going to grow.”

The former actress further rejected perfection, admitting that it’s “not a lot of fun”. She went on to add, “There’s no such thing as perfect. I, too, get to make mistakes.”

Elsewhere, Meghan shared a rare insight into her marriage with Prince Harry, saying, “No one in the world loves me more than him, so I know he’s always going to make sure that he has my back.”

Meanwhile, Samira Nasr disclosed on social media that Harper’s Bazaar’s latest cover story featuring Meghan Markle is “the culmination of a conversation that began 5 years ago.”
