Ed Sheeran's fans go wild as he drops Netflix special ‘One Shot’

Ed Sheeran dropped his new musical experience on Netflix.

On Friday, November 21, the Perfect hitmaker surprised fans with an exciting announcement on Instagram.

He revealed that his new Netflix music special, One Shot with Ed Sheeran is now available to stream om the platform.

Alongside the announcement, the Grammy winner shared a short clip from the project giving fans a glimpse of what to expect.

Calling it a career highlight Sheeran wrote, “By far the best thing I’ve been involved with in my career. This whole hour special was absolutely insanity to shoot.”

He added, “Thank you to everyone involved in this, especially @barantini who is just a genius wizard. I really feel like everything in my career led to shooting this. I hope you enjoy it. One Shot on @netflix out now.”

The preview showed the Shape of You crooner roaming around New York City as performed on streets, sidewalks and even in subway stations.

Fans looked delighted as he sang some of his biggest hits while stopping to interact with them along the way.

According to Netflix, the special feature of the film is that the entire project was filmed in one continuous take.

Shortly after Sheeran's post went on social media his fans flooded the comment section to share their excitement.

One fan wrote, “sooo excited to watch this tonight it’s gonna be amazing.”

“Cannot wait to watch it, it seems so fun,” another added.

A third fan commented, “Love ya brother!! Killed it.”
