Ethan Slater hints at breakup with Ariana Grande after explosive move

Ethan Slater recently hinted at breakup with Ariana Grande after rolling out bizarrely odd remarks.

For the unversed, the couple, has been dating since July 2023 after meeting on the set of Wicked.

However, lately, the Wicked costars have been trailed by breakup speculation, as they have not been seen together from April until this month.

Now, according to Daily Mail, the 33-year-old actor has seemingly fueled more rumours of them parting ways after Slater’s recent interview.

The SpongeBob SquarePants star was asked about his experience of “working with your girlfriend everyday”, on the Today show.

Slater, in his response, uncomfortably dodged a question, and instead spoke in vague terms about how "incredible" the "entire cast" of his movie is.

The Fosse/Verdon actor, however, did call Grande "brilliant" and also hailed Cynthia Erivo as "remarkable”.

The actor’s interview comes a few days after a source making different claims that Slater and Grande are "still together" despite the couple keeping their distance at last week's Wicked sequel premiere, which was held in London.

"Ariana and Ethan are still a couple but they've seen the chatter online and it's not been easy,” the tipster tattled, adding, "They were both at the Leicester Square premiere and the after-party at Brasserie Zedel but made sure they weren't seen together."
