During the event, a fan named Francis Dominic called out to Bailey on the red carpet, shouting, "Yeah, Sexiest Man Alive," prompting the 37-year-old English actor to turn around and respond with a playful expression, captured in a video shared on Instagram.

As the crowd nearby cheered, Dominic jokingly turned the camera on himself, exclaiming, "That was for me."
