Mukesh Ambani, the founder of the Reliance group of companies, follows a strict diet plan as he’s a disciplined vegetarian.

The Reliance chairperson, Nita Ambani, revealed the healthy diet plan of Mukesh Ambani, highlighting the disciplined lifestyle that keeps one of Asia’s richest men in shape.

Her remarks were made during a visit to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, where the Reliance Foundation founder and chairperson sought blessings amid family festivities.

According to Nita Ambani, the entire Ambani household prioritises home-cooked food, with Mukesh Ambani adhering to a strictly vegetarian diet.

Among his favourites is Panki, a traditional Gujarati snack made with rice flour batter, wrapped in banana leaves, and lightly seasoned with fenugreek and turmeric.

Often paired with chutney or achaar, the delicacy underscores his preference for light, nutritious food.

Breakfast remains intentionally light with fresh fruits, juices, and idli sambar, reflecting his belief in keeping the first meal simple and digestible.

Moreover, lunch and dinner follow a similar pattern that includes traditional Gujarati meals, lentils, veggies, rice, soups, and salads.

Despite attending numerous social gatherings and high-profile events, the business mogul maintains a strict no-junk-food policy, a commitment that has long supported his energy, wellness, and consistency.
