Larry Ellison, Jeff Bezos left behind as THIS man adds Rs72,210 crore to his fortune in a day

Google cofounder Larry Page has surged past Larry Ellison and Amazon co-founder Jeff Bezos, adding Rs72,210 crore to his fortune in just one day.

The jump places Page as the world’s second-richest person with an estimated net worth of $255 billion, marking one of the sharpest wealth rises of the year.

The surge reflects a broader wave of optimism surrounding Google’s expanding AI business. 

Alphabet recently unveiled its Gemini 3 model and posted a landmark quarter, surpassing $100 billion in revenue.

The rally has pushed both Page and Sergey Brin to new wealth milestones, with Brin also overtaking Bezos to become the fourth-richest globally.

Meanwhile, Larry Ellison’s fortune has slipped as Oracle shares have retreated amid concerns of an AI-market pullback.

Ellison, once the second person to surpass the $400 billion mark, now sits at an estimated $248.8 billion.

Much of the wealth gap between Google’s cofounders comes down to stock activity. 

Page has consistently held more Alphabet shares, while Brin has sold and donated portions of his stake, including hundreds of millions of dollars in philanthropy.

For Page, the latest surge underscores how dramatically the AI boom is reshaping global wealth rankings, leaving rivals temporarily trailing behind.
