Ryan Reynolds allegedly confronted Justin Baldoni as Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman watched
Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's legal battle has taken a new and dramatic turn.
According to PEOPLE, Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman were allegedly in the room when Ryan Reynolds confronted the 41-year-old director for “fat shaming” the 38-year-old actress.
On April 25, 2023, Baldoni went to Lively and Reynolds’ New York City penthouse, per the documents obtained.
The Deadpool actor allegedly “unloaded” on the the Five Feet Apart director, calling it “horrible” to ask about a woman’s weight.
Lively and Reynolds allegedly accused Baldoni of “fat shaming,” leaving him "completely embarrassed” and prompting him to apologise while in tears.
The documents state that the couple's famous friends, Swift and Jackman, "were also present in the apartment at the time" of the meeting.
However, representatives for both stas have yet to respond.
The Gossip Girl alum sued her It Ends with Us costar-director Baldoni and others in December 2024, alleging sexual harassment and retaliation, which he denies.
Their trial is scheduled for March 2026.
It is worth noting that Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman are among the potential witnesses previously listed by Blake Lively's legal team.
