Kate Middleton’s moving gesture while preparing ‘Together at Christmas’ wins hearts
Kate Middleton is set to host her annual Christmas concert on December 5
Kate Middleton has issued a personal letter for the guests expected to join her Together at Christmas event on December 5.
The heartfelt letter, released by Kensington Palace and featuring the Princess of Wales’ distinctive royal insignia at the top, invited the guests to “remember the power of reaching out to one another with generosity of heart, understanding and hope”.
As the festive event is centred around the theme of celebrating “love in all its forms” this year, Kate’s message continued to include the unifying statement, “Christmas is a time that reminds us how deeply our lives are woven together. Just as the roots of trees share strength beneath the soil, unseen but vital, so too do we.”
“Thank you for the warmth you have given and the kindness you have shown, and the quiet, constant light you bring to others. Wishing you a very Happy Christmas,” the letter concluded, sealed with the future queen’s inscribed signature.
Kate Middleton will host this year’s Together at Christmas concert at Westminster Abbey, with the ceremony set to be filmed as Royal Carols: Together At Christmas, broadcast on Christmas eve and repeated on Christmas Day via both ITV and ITVX.
