Prince Harry steals the show with cheeky appearance on ‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert’
Prince Harry recently joked about becoming a Hallmark Prince during his appearance at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
During the recent episode on Wednesday, December 3, the host joked about Hallmark's made-for-TV Christmas movies, saying that they always feature an American falling for a royal.
At that moment, the Duke of Sussex interrupted Colbert’s speech and appeared behind the host, asking him what a real prince had to do to get into a Hallmark movie.
Later, the 61-year-old host suggested that it was important in show business to have inside connections, asking the 41-year-old prince, "Do you have any connections to any famous TV actresses?"
"I might know one," the prince responded thinking of his wife, Meghan Markle.
For the unversed, Prince Harry previously appeared on The Late Show for an interview in January 2023 and discussed the "cathartic" process of writing his memoir, Spare.
He also chatted about worldwide fascination with the royal family and late mother, Lady Diana.
The duke candidly discussed that if his mother were alive, a rift wouldn't have driven him and his brother Prince William apart, saying, "We wouldn't have got to this moment."
