US President Donald Trump has been hit with a $310 million trafficking lawsuit that draws striking parallels to Jeffrey Epstein’s infamous sex-trafficking venture.

Filed on November 24 in Palm Beach County, the lawsuit has also named Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Microsoft founder Bill Gates, pulling some of the world’s most influential figures into a legal storm.

Notably, Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence lies in the same jurisdiction where the suit was lodged.

According to the filing, the defendants allegedly operated an eight-year trafficking lawsuit scheme beginning in 2018, relying on intimidation, financial coercion, fraud, and confinement.

The lawsuit has further claimed that Trump had been grooming the lead plaintiff since 1998, “the year the plaintiff was born,” and has accused Bill Gates of enabling the operation through the Gates Foundation’s “cover and silencing mechanism.”

The plaintiff has also alleged her infant daughter was taken away after she initiated legal action, likening the tactic to Epstein’s methods.

The suit references multiple attempted murders between 2023 and 2025, including poisoning and staged vehicular attacks.

It is worth noting that the plaintiffs seek $310 million in damages, over $134 million in legal fees, and the immediate return of full custody of the plaintiff’s daughter.
