King Charles braces for a Christmas that could be his last
King Charles plans to take part in all royal celebrations amid health woes
King Charles is preparing for a deeply meaningful Christmas as concerns about his health continue to shape the family’s future plans.
According to Us Weekly, the monarch believes this holiday season “could be his last” and wants to make it meaningful for his family.
“Charles prioritizes duty, but he’s also a family man who knows his time is precious,” the insider shared to the outlet. “He wants a special Christmas in case it’s his last.”
Despite ongoing health concerns, King Charles plans to take part in all the traditional royal celebrations.
“Nothing would stop Charles from doing that,” the source added. “He will do everything expected of him and more. His health isn’t the best. They’re taking it day by day.”
The family is said to be especially grateful after Princess Kate was recently given the all-clear following her health struggles.
“This Christmas may have a wistful tone,” another source said, “but it will also be a celebration. They all want to make the most of their time together.”
