It Ends With Us costars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are reportedly showing no signs of a settlement.

According to USA Today, a latest court paper submitted in the court on December 4, stated Baldoni accused Lively of pretending to be a victim by following what he called "the Taylor Swift playbook".

"If she doesn’t promote the movie, she can leak that I’m a bad person or that she felt unsafe with me and all the stuff she has on me. Then she’s the victim. It’s the Taylor Swift playbook," wrote the 41-year-old actor, adding, "So she can ask for whatever she wants because she knows I know."

The Gossip Girl actress' legal team, on other hand, stated that she deserves her "day in court" after the Jane the Virgin actor's lead counsel, Alexandra Shapiro, demanded via motion to have her sexual harassment lawsuit decided in his favour without a jury trial.

The 38-year-old actress slammed her costar’s request as nothing more than his “latest effort to avoid accountability for the hostile environment” on set.

Lively has accused Baldoni of sexually harassing her and launching a smear campaign against her during the filming of the movie adaptation of Colleen Hoover's novel.

Baldoni, in his response, counter-sued the actress for $400 million for hijacking his directional movie, however, it was later thrown out in October 2025.

A trial between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is scheduled for March 9, 2026.
