Blake Lively documents accuse Justin of yelling at producer on 'It Ends With Us'
The 'Gossip Girl' alum first sued Baldoni in December 2024, accusing him of alleged sexual harassment
Blake Lively’s legal battle with Justin Baldoni escalated this week as newly filed documents outline disturbing allegations about Baldoni’s behavior toward female colleagues during the production of It Ends With Us.
Per court papers reviewed by Us Weekly on Thursday, December 4, the 38-year-old actress' attorneys have filed documents challenging Baldoni’s request for summary judgment.
The documents claim that the 41-year-old actor and director of the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's novel, “created a hostile work environment for women,” alleging that a female producer, identified as Saks, was mistreated by both Baldoni and fellow producer Jamey Heath.
(IMDB lists Alex Saks as a producer on It Ends With Us.)
The filings state that Baldoni seemingly “consistently” yelled at Saks and reacted with “rageful yelling or interrupting” whenever she offered creative input.
In one described incident, Baldoni allegedly approached Saks from behind, screamed, and slammed his hands on the chair beside her before storming off.
“Saks recounted one time when Baldoni, upset with Saks’ input on the film, ‘came up behind’ where she was sitting and ‘yelled and then slammed his hands’ on the chair next to her and stormed away,” the report claimed.
Saks reportedly warned she would “walk off the movie” if such behavior continued.
The documents also stated that Saks reportedly contacted a Sony executive, saying they were facing “real issues” during production. In the message, Saks suggested Baldoni should be “replaced” as director and that Heath’s access to the set should be limited.
Despite repeated requests, the complaint claims no internal investigation was conducted.
According to US Weekly, Saks said in a deposition that she felt “physically intimidated” during one tense day of filming, recounting that Baldoni yelled at her multiple times, including once over Zoom, an incident she said he later apologized for publicly.
Moreover, the Gossip Girl alum first sued the Jane the Virgin alum in December 2024, accusing him of sexual harassment.
In response, Baldoni denied all allegations, calling them “false” and claiming Lively filed the suit to repair her public image.
