Samantha Markle blasts Meghan Markle after Thomas Markle’s health crisis
Meghan Markle’s sister, Samantha Markle, has taken a brutal dig at the Duchess and Duke of Sussex.
Samantha’s statement comes only hours after claims that Meghan reached out to her estranged father, Thomas Markle, who was hospitalised on December 2 and underwent leg amputation surgery the following day.
On Saturday, December 6, a post circulated on X saying, “After reports that her father Thomas Markle is gravely ill, Meghan has reached out to ask what happened and how he’s doing.”
Commenting beneath the post, Samantha wrote, "While talk is cheap so you can believe it if she and Harry put that on a private jet and into the best medical care in the United States until then it's just PR b*******".
Hinting that Meghan and Harry should fund Thomas’s treatment in the U.S., she added, “Once he’s healed enough, he should be on a plane to one of the top hospitals in America. Let’s see Harry and Meghan step up.”
She went even further, tweeting an image of a plane writing “GFY MEG” in smoke high across the sky.
It is important to note that Meghan Markle and Thomas Markle have not spoken to each other since 2018, when she married Prince Harry.
