TMZ captured the footage of the business mogul signing albums for local fans before slipping into the city, with no explanation for the sudden visit. 

The pair's appearance comes just days after the cancellation of West’s scheduled Brazil performance, which impacted him badly.

Moreover, West has a long creative history in the country, having staged past concerts and listening events there, and spending time in the city’s design and fashion.
