Shaun Ryder recently revealed that he has no plans to quit weight-loss shot Ozempic anytime soon after shedding more than two stones.

According to his shocking confession, he is on more drugs now than he ever was.

The 63-year-old singer in a new interview with The Sun said that the only way he would stop taking the jab is if he began to resemble a "screaming skull".

"Yes, I still do them. When you've got an underactive thyroid, if you just had lettuce and strawberries, you'd still be 26stone,” the Domino Bones hitmaker said, adding, "I'm on more drugs now than I ever was.”

In the end, Ryder noted, "But they're all legal and very healthy."

For the unversed, the Scooter Girl crooner has successfully lost weight since being prescribed the drug in May 2023.

Shaun Ryder first rose to prominence in the 80s with his band the Happy Mondays, alongside late brother Paul and their friends Mark Day, Paul Davis, and Gary Whelan.

Moreover, in the 90s he was also the lead singer of another band, Black Grape.
